I arrived in Kansas City this past Friday for my internship with
Focus North America. So far, I really like the city. I will be
doing an official blog for Focus North America on its site
(www.focusna.org). This should probably be up and running by
next Monday.
I will still use this blog to post poems and other such items. Stay
tuned and I will let my audience know when things are up and
running on the FOCUS NA site.
We are missing you but know that you are in the right place for your life right now.

Faith-
I haven’t told you that you are now in my home town (KC). At least it was from my 10th grade through high school. And then after I was married and had children and living in Hutchinson, KS, I came back to KC to attend Calvary Bible College. It is as you said a great city.
Try to get down to see the World War I museum while you’re there. It is the only ‘official’ WWI museum in America and it is simply incredible.
May God the Father bless you richly as you minister in Christ’s Name this summer. The Orthodox have an old and strong presence in Kansas (centered in Wichita) that came with the Russian immigrants that also brought us the famous ‘red wheat’.
